Refund Policy

Bixon Studios values transparency and professionalism in all client relationships. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, credits, or cancellations may be issued.

1. Deposits and Payments

All bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure studio time, services, or production resources. Deposits are applied toward the total project cost and are not refundable once a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations by Client

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:

More than 72 hours before scheduled service:
Clients may be eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable deposit and fees already incurred.
Less than 72 hours before scheduled service:
No refunds will be issued. This includes studio time, staffing, equipment, or production resources reserved for the booking.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
No refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. Approved reschedules may result in a credit toward future services, subject to availability. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within [Insert Time Period, e.g., 90 days].

4. Late Arrivals and Early Departures

Studio time is reserved exclusively for the scheduled period. Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for refunds or time extensions.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 7–10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.

6. Cancellations by Bixon Studios

In the unlikely event that Bixon Studios must cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Custom and Completed Services

Completed services, custom productions, digital deliverables, or services already rendered are non-refundable.

8. Exceptions

Bixon Studios reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
